Payment

Over the 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged; in the event that the credit card charge is not successful the booking will be cancelled.

The balance of the booking must be settled on the day of arrival or the following morning. We accept payments in cash, debit cards and credit cards (except American Express).

Cancellation policy

Bookings may be cancelled, free of charge, up to 14 days before arrival.

If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount will be retained.

If the customer does not show up, the full amount of the booking will be withheld.

Arrival

On the day of arrival, the rooms of the B&B will be available from 2.30 pm.

The Light House and Stone House apartments will be available from 3.00 pm.

The Terrace Loft, Blue Eyes and Green Life apartments will be available from 4.00 pm.

You will be able to independently collect the keys of the apartment or room; you will be provided with instructions via email or whatsapp. Therefore, after the availability times indicated above, you can arrive at any time.

Departure

The rooms of the B&B must be vacated by 11.00.

The apartments must be vacated by 10.30.

Check-in

To facilitate check-in procedures, a few days before your arrival we will ask you to send us a copy of an identity document (identity card, passport or driving license) via email or whatsapp.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 8.30 am to 10.00 am.

Age limits

In the rooms of the B&B and in the Light House and Stone House apartments, children aged 12 and over are allowed.

There is no age limit for the Terrace Loft, Blue Eyes and Green Life apartments.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.
